Stitching Finish - Artist Trading Card

Woo-hoo! I finally have a stitching finish!

CyberStitchers has an annual President's Challenge, and this year (which is a continuation of last year) the challenge is to make an Artist Trading Card. So I finally made one. And not only did I stitch him, but I drew him too, so I'm very proud! :o)

I have always loved seahorses. I was bored at work one day and googled them. (Shhhhhhhhhhhh!) I found a site that raised them for aquariums, and they had them in all colors - red, yellow, even a white one with black spots. They were very cool! So I decided to stitch one as my ATC. He is stitched on Kona cotton with crewel wool.

Now all I have left to do is put a back on him.

Lovely! Truly lovely. Sweetie, don't ever go to Beijing. They serve the little darlings on a skewer there. I've got pictures, but I know you didn't really want to know this little tid-bit, much less see the evidence.
